HOW IT WORKS:

A waitlist for my commissions!
Follow me on tiktok, and put your EXACT tiktok username on the waitlist! ( I ask for a follow because it's easier to find you that way. A lot of times when you search people on tiktok there's a lot of people with similar usernames, so it's hard to discern which is you or which are potential bots ), and once my commissions are open I'll get to you one by one. If I cannot find your profile, or I receive no response after messaging you on waitlistr, you will be skipped ):
Every time my commissions are open, I will go down the list 3 at a time. If the person I contact on the list is still interested in commissioning me, we will proceed with the commission process. If not, I will move onto the next person on the list. I will remove people from the list as they are accepted or skipped, to keep your waitlist number accurate.
NOTE: being on the list does not guarantee your request will be accepted. If the client has a request I am uncomfortable with doing, I will not accept it. If someone on the list doesn't respond within 3 days, they will be removed from the list and skipped.

PREFERENCES:

- IF GETTING CUSTOM ART: It's ideal if you have an up to date, flatcolor reference of who you want me to draw. It's okay if you don't have a recent reference, but if not, please have references for anything new that's not included in the old reference. For example, hex codes of new color palette, reference for any hairstyle changes, etc.
- PLEASE KNOW WHAT YOU WANT: It's totally okay If you have a vague idea of what you want! Like for example you know the character and vibes you want, but not the pose. We can solidify that idea together. However, having absolutely no idea of what you want can be a little frustrating. Or asking what I've always wanted to draw/animate. It's very sweet to keep your artist's creative freedom in mind, but I do not want complete creative freedom over your comm. A little creative freedom is fine, but I want to craft YOUR vision. And to do that you need to know what you're looking for :D

I WON'T DRAW:

- Humans ( I'm better at critters. So until I'm more confident in my skills for people it's animals and monsters only for now )
- Realism. I'm only good with cartoony styles ( Disney, Sonic, etc )
- NSFW ( I'm fine with nsfw, but I'm usually too drained from my job to properly work on nsfw projects at home. So NSFW is temporarily off the table )
- Mechas ( Simple robot designs are fine, but I can't do the intricate mechanical stuff )
- Emoji packs ( I've done them in the past but I realized I don't have the attention span for them. And that's unfair for clients for me to take forever on simple chibis )

PAYMENT METHODS:

Payment must be given upfront and in full via PayPal or Cashapp. Please note that the artist can refuse service to any client for any reason.

TURNAROUND TIME:

The animation can take from a few days to a few weeks, depending on the complexity of the piece and how many clients the artist has at the time. The client will be contacted if there are any delays. However, the artist will offer quick turnaround times to the best of their ability.
ESTIMATED TURNAROUND TIMES:
Headshot/Chibi/Logo - 3 days
Halfbody - 5 days
Fullbody - 7 days

REVISION PROCESS:

After a concept is done, the client will be shown the progress. The client may ask for any changes with the work at this time, and the final product will be adjusted as requested.

REFUND POLICY

The client may request a refund at any point.
However, if the client cancels the commission after the initial concept is done, the client will be refunded only 50% of the paid price.
In cases that the artist takes an unreasonable amount of time to finish a commission ( Ex. Over a month for a piece that usually takes a week or less ) The client is entitled to a full refund.
If the project has already been approved and completed, the refund window will be closed, and a refund will no longer be possible.

COMMERCIAL USE

Full rights and ownership for commercial use may be granted once discussed with the artist for an additional fee. If not discussed, the commission will have been bought for personal use by default.
