The AWA Pet Clinic cat spay and neuter appointment waitlist will be used to contact clients in order to book appointments for their cats. Please provide all the information requested so that we can contact you as appointment openings occur. Please be aware that incomplete information will result in being removed from the waitlist.
The clinic will reach out to pet owners from the following email: firstname.lastname@example.org so please check your email and spam folders for our communications. We will reach out with available appointments one (1) time to attempt to schedule an appointment. Unfortunately, if we do not hear back from you to schedule your appointment within 48 hours, we will remove you from our waitlist and you will need to sign up again.
With 48 hour notice we will be able to reschedule your appointment one (1) time. If you need to reschedule more than one time or do not show up to your appointment you will be removed from the waitlist.
For all pets 7 years and older, AWA requires blood work and documentation of veterinary clearance for surgery to be completed within 30 days prior to the surgery appointment. The original veterinary documents must be provided in order for your pet to be considered for surgery.
Kittens need to weigh a minimum of 2 pounds.
If your pet has any medical issues please advise us when scheduling your appointment.
Please note that we do not do surgery on brachycephalic (flat-faced) cat breeds – this includes Persian, Himalayan, and Burmese.
All appointment inquiries for feral cats, coming in traps, for ear-tip and return to outdoor site should be addressed to the Pet Clinic at email@example.com
Hi All! We still have people on the waitlist trying to make appointments for feral/stray cats. WE CANNOT DO ANY TNR AT THIS TIME. If your cat is not handleable, we cannot accommodate them at this time. This list is for owned cats only, not for cats that are living outdoors. Your cat needs to be handleable and be able to be brought in in a carrier. Please let us know if you have a feral cat, so that way we can remove you from the waitlist. If you have any questions on whether your cat would be able to come in for surgery or not, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Thank you!
Hi Everyone! We are working to get as many cats scheduled as we can. Please make sure you are checking your emails, as this is how we reach out for appointments. Sometimes the emails will go to spam, so make sure you check there for any emails from us. We have sent out emails to half of you on the list, some we have reached out multiple times. We will reach out 3 times, and if we do not hear back, you will be removed from the list and you will have to then get back on it in order to make an appointment. Thank you!!
Many people have been signing up for ferals on this list. This list is for owned cats only, please do not add feral cats to this list. If you need to schedule a TNR appointment, please email the clinic at email@example.com, as we have to follow a different protocol for feral cats. Thank you!!
