In this practical, nurturing workshop we’ll explore how to protect and replenish your energy while you’re doing the work you love. Expect grounded guidance, reflective prompts, and simple tools you can use immediately in sessions and in-between. We will have special female guest within the wellness space, joining Jess Ellmer, Founder of The Cocoon Collective for this session.

Who it’s for:
Women who hold space in the wellness world: healers, coaches, yoga/pilates & movement practitioners, bodyworkers, therapists, retreat leaders, and facilitators of any kind.

What we’ll cover
- Energetic boundaries 101: how to open, hold, and close a session cleanly

- Spot the signs: noticing when you’re not at your best (body cues + mindset flags)

- “Me first” ethos: resourcing before, during, and after client work without guilt

- Protective practices: breath, somatic resets, visualisation, and micro-rituals

- Sustainable service: simple systems for staying well while supporting others

You’ll leave with:
- A personal pre-/in-/post-session care plan

- 3 bite-size practices to reset in under 3 minutes

- A clearer sense of your non-negotiables as a practitioner

Format:
Live, interactive online workshop with short teachings, reflective journaling, and gentle practice. No experience with “energy work” required - just an open mind and a caring heart.

Bring:
A notebook, your favourite pen, water/tea, and a cosy layer.
