A 4-Week Somatic and Sound Journey for Women
This is a gentle, guided invitation to return to your body.

Coming Home to the Body is a four-week online experience for women who feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or stuck in their heads and are longing to feel more grounded, present and at home within themselves.

Through daily somatic practices, guided meditations, sound-based exploration and reflective journaling, you will be supported in building a felt sense of safety, awareness and trust in your body. The course is held within a supportive WhatsApp group and each week ends with a live integrative workshop including somatic work, meditation, optional sharing and a nourishing sound bath.

This is not about fixing yourself or pushing for transformation.
It is about listening, softening and returning - at your own pace.

We explore a different theme each week -
Week 1: Safety, Grounding and Arrival
Week 2: Awareness, Emotion and Expression
Week 3: Release, Boundaries and Integration
Week 4: Embodiment, Integration and Expansion

Daily short guided practices shared via WhatsApp
Somatic exercises, meditations, sound practices and journaling prompts
A supportive, gently facilitated WhatsApp group
One live online workshop with somatic practice, meditation, sharing and sound bath at the end of each week.
