How appointments will work upon a safe return:
Those who were already booked in from the 5th Jan who were cancelled due to Covid-19 will be called to re-book and will be prioritised once we know that it is safe to do so.
Anyone who was not booked in or new clients will be called in order of the waitlist as soon that it's announced that it is safe to return.
