The Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council (EPSRC) is the main funding body for engineering and physical sciences research in the UK. We are part of UK Research and Innovation.
Our portfolio covers a vast range of fields from healthcare technologies to structural engineering, manufacturing to mathematics, advanced materials to chemistry. We invest in research and postgraduate training to build the knowledge and skills base needed to address the scientific and technological challenges facing the nation.
We're excited to be partnering with ARMA for this event to reach out to our research office colleagues from across the UK. At the EPSRC virtual study tour, we will be giving you updates on EPSRC strategy and operations, such as on the doctoral education review and on upcoming activities. The study day will also be an opportunity for ARMA members to ask questions and find out more about what EPSRC is doing to support research and innovation in the UK.
