Terms & conditions

1. General terms:
- Please provide a clear photo of yourself or the person you want drawn.
- If you're not clear on your idea, please don't join the waitlist.
- I have the right to reject your order for ANY reason.
- When posting the final artwork onto any social media it must be accredited to me (the artist).
- Please don't ask me to recreate anyone's work or make graphic designs.
- I do work on more than one commission at a time, so please be patient with me.
- Depending on the complexity of your commission it could take up to 1 to 12 weeks to finish.
- Also just a reminder, creating art is part of my business; so I will be creating and posting new art while working on your piece. This will not interfere with the time you have given me.
- if you need any touch ups to your piece at anytime, don't be afraid to ask.

2. Payment:
- You will receive an invoice via PayPal or cash app.

- Payment must be made in FULL before the artwork is started. If your order is over $500 or more you have the option to do a payment plan. If so you have the option to do a payment plan. Where you can pay half up front and the other half once the picture is 50% done.

3. Revisions:
- $10 for 2 or more major changes once the picture is 75% done (no exceptions).

4. Copyright & usage:
* I, Fatima B. (the artist)
- I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.
- I will not claim intellectual property (IP) of commissioned artwork.
- I do hold ownership over the initial sketches.
- I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as well as in publications such as art books.
- I will not profit further off of the commissioned artwork (unless you) the customer give me permission to do so.
* You (Brand commissioner)
- You're able to use your commissioned artwork for advertising and reproduction purposes.
- You may NOT alter the commission artwork in any way without consulting with me first. If you would later like to alter your commission, don't be afraid to ask.
* You (Personal Art commissioner)
- Your commission will not be used for advertising and reproduction purposes such as prints, stickers, clothing, and etc.
- All personal art can only be used for posting on social media, gifting, and collecting purposes.
- If you later decide that you would like to use your commission for commercial purposes there will be a fee.

5. Refunds:
- All sales are final once your commission is started.
- If you cancel your order before it's started you will be refunded.

* You will receive a dm from me when you're next in line.
