After my husband's death, Kundalini yoga became my anchor, and now, it can become yours. Through breathwork, meditation, sound, and restorative yoga poses, you'll find relief from emotional stress and pain, ease physical tension, and gently release deeply ingrained patterns.

In a safe and supportive space, I'll guide you in reconnecting with your body and breath, helping you release difficult emotions and gradually welcome moments of joy back into your life.

My intimate classes are limited to 8 participants, ensuring personal attention and a close-knit, understanding community.

Each 60-minute session is designed to meet you where you are in your grief journey, with modifications available for all physical abilities.
