Coming Home to the Body
A 4-Week Online Somatic & Sound Journey for Women
Coming Home to the Body is a gentle, trauma-aware four-week journey designed to support women in reconnecting with their bodies in a way that feels safe, grounded, and sustainable.
This journey is for women who feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or stuck in their heads and who are longing to feel more present, steady, and at home within themselves — without pressure, fixing, or forcing change.
Over four weeks, you’ll be guided through:
Daily short practices (5–20 minutes) shared via WhatsApp
Somatic exercises, guided meditations, sound practices and reflective journaling
A softly held WhatsApp group space (sharing always optional)
Weekly live workshops on Sunday mornings, including somatic practice, meditation, optional sharing and a sound bath
(All workshops are recorded if you can’t attend live.)
The journey moves slowly and intentionally through four themes:
Coming Home to the Body · Listening to the Body’s Messages · Letting Go & Reclaiming Space · Embodying What Has Been Learned
What women have shared during this journey -
“I feel really calm and centred, I released so much tension.”
“This brought me back into my body when I really needed it.”
“I felt present, grounded and deeply grateful for my body.”
“I didn’t expect what came up, but it felt honest and supportive.”
These reflections are shared by women moving through the practices in real time — gentle moments of reconnection, regulation and self-awareness.
This is an educational and experiential offering grounded in nervous-system awareness. You are always invited to move at your own pace and choose what feels supportive for you.
