(Seaton/Uplyme/Colyton) These sessions are designed to prepare students for examination in 2020. Students will study the content of the GCSE English Language and develop skills needed for examination in addition to functional literacy skills needed beyond. Small group teaching enables pace and content to be personalised, at the same time as giving students the opportunity to motivate and inspire each other to hopefully foster a love for the subject beyond examination. (11:00 - 12:00 ish). These sessions will take place weekly on Wednesdays from September. There are two pilot sessions running in July.
*It likely that the length of sessions in year 2 will be increased to 1.5-2 hours
