I believe as psalmists, singers, musicians who serve in the house of God & represent God should pursue excellence.
They were all under the direction of their father in the music in the house of the Lord with cymbals, harps, and lyres for the service of the house of God. Asaph, Jeduthun, and Heman were under the order of the king. 7 The number of them along with their brothers, who were trained in singing to the Lord, all who were skillful, was 288.

The key words; trained & skilful. I believe you honour God when you work on your gift and do your best to perfect it.
This course will run for 11 weeks (1 session per week). The vision is to empower people from all ages and all backgrounds who have been called into the music ministry (worship leaders, choir members and singers), those who are just starting and those who are already on the journey. To develop skill and understanding both vocally and spiritually.
There will be guest speakers.
The sessions will all be online via zoom. There are only 30 spaces per course.
1. Get to know each other, introduction of course.
2. Foundational principles of your ministry
3. Lifestyle of a worshiper
4. Basic theory for singers (part 1)
5. Basic theory for singers (part 2)
6. Discovering your sound, your style, different expressions of worship i.e Prophetic worship, intercessory worship ect …
7. Vocal warm ups & vocal exercises. (In person, for those abroad, you can join via zoom)
8. Keeping a healthy vocal box. Anatomy (vocal tract).
9. Deep aspects of worship (special guest!)
10. Harmonies, singing as an ensemble, blending. (In person session)
11. Finale! Q&A , what we learnt, PRIZES!
