The RAC Youth Career Development Program is a workforce development initiative designed to provide underserved youth and students from public and private schools with practical skills, career exposure, and entrepreneurial knowledge. Through hands-on instruction and real-world applications, participants will gain experience in creativity, leadership, and business fundamentals.
The inaugural pilot program, scheduled for July 5-14, 2027, will consist of a 40-hour Youth Fashion Design and Entrepreneurship Course. Participants who successfully complete the program will receive a REAL AMERICANS CORPORATION Youth Fashion Design Certificate.
RAC believes that investing in young people today strengthens communities tomorrow. Individuals interested in participating, volunteering, or supporting future program expansion are encouraged to join the waiting list.
