An appointment check in web page wait list for walk ins available for our members. This implemented process can reduce long waits and frustration from our members in the lobby. Our members may check in 3 miles or so from the Facility, prior to walking in to determine the length of time to see a Physician.
o An automated text message reply to our members notifying to arrive 20 minutes prior to their appointment.
o The check in page option shows the wait length of time for certain types of visit.
Example: Check in for wait-list is available within 3 miles from the restaurants on Yelp. The customer is near by and checked in. The customer is notified of how many customers are ahead in line. The the length of time waiting is also visible for the customers.
o The customers are notified by an automated text message 5 minutes prior.
o The text message notifies the customer their table is ready to be seated.
o Happy customer
