I can sum everything up pretty easily - we are 100% on schedule to ship everyone's orders by early February (if not sooner!)

We have received a carton of samples for QA and testing and they look amazing. I'm attaching some photos below. The new easy-to-open foil is wonderful and every more discreet than before. I carry it around in my wallet without problem. The new boxes are stronger and brighter and our IFU (industry speak for Instructions for Use) came out great. Huge shout-out to my team for making this happen.

Last month I sent out an email with an update on our supply chain and manufacturing interruptions and let everyone know we had entered into an agreement to start producing 150,000 Nampons™ nosebleed treatments.

And today, I am pleased to announce that we're starting preorders!!

Yes you heard that right. We are on schedule to have Nampons™ back on the (virtual) shelves around February 2023. As promised, I am offering our existing customers and those waiting patiently first access before we relaunch to the public.

Also, if you are wondering why February, here is our rough timeline:

* November 2022 - Finish and review testing. Foil and packaging production
* December 2022 - Nampons™ nasal plug production and sterilization
* January 2022 - Quality Assurance and shipping to our warehouse
* February 2022 - Restart shipments to customers!

Now for the update. The last 30 days have been quite lively. We have performed countless tests on the new and improved Nampons™ and every time they expand faster, provide more pressure to stop the bleed faster and absorb more blood than the previous version.

We have successfully completed another round of studies, including two preclinical tests. As I mentioned in October, part of the delay is our focus on safety and we are being overly cautious with our testing.

As for convenience, we have enhanced our packaging based on all of your feedback to make Nampons™ easier to carry and faster to open in the event of a nosebleed, even with one hand! Nampons™ will now be sealed in a sterile vacuumed foil packet with two tear notches.

Lastly, we've begun the process of getting registered for sales in Canada, Europe and Australia. We appreciate everyone who reached out asking for Nampons™ from these locations and are working hard to get them to you as soon as possible.

My name is Josh Lippiner and I am the Managing Director of Nampons LLC, which produces our Nampons™ nosebleed product. I wanted to introduce myself and take a moment to explain what has been going on with Nampons™ and what to expect in the near future as many of you have come to rely on a product that has been "difficult" to get.

First off, I wanted to say up-front that I am sorry. It was never my intention when starting this company in early 2020 that we would be out of inventory not once, not twice, but three times for an extended period of time. Like you, I rely on Nampons™ for my nosebleeds and this has been a trying time. Please believe me when I tell you I have been doing everything I can to get you product as quickly as possible.

Let me start with the good news. Last week, I entered into a definitive agreement with a new manufacturing partner to produce over 150,000 Nampons™ in new three, six, twelve and twenty-four packs!! Unfortunately, we are probably still looking at early January until we can release them (we need to do thorough testing and QA to ensure they are 100% safe) but the order has been placed and assuming this works out, we have a firm supplier for the foreseeable future.

So what happened? I believe in transparency so I want to let you know why we ended up in this situation. In September of last year, when we still had plenty of inventory, we attempted to place another order to stay way ahead of the problem we had earlier in the year. Unfortunately, our manufacturer was hit with massive supply chain issues and decided to stop producing the product for us entirely. We spent months trying to get anything we could, and ended up getting less than half of what we needed produced for January. They simply could not meet our needs.

We started talking to every possible contract manufacturer we could, but the reality is that while the end product looks simple - it's actually very difficult and expensive to produce. The expertise and safety requirements that we place on our manufacturers requires someone with considerable experience in foam production and biosciences, and there are not that many companies out there who can do this. Couple that with global supply chain issues, and it's been tough.

Earlier this year (yes its taken that long) we found the manufacturer we were looking for. It's taken eight months of back and forth, sample production, testing, quality agreement reviews, FDA registrations, etc to get here, but we did it! Not only do we have a strong manufacturing partner, but we are excited to announce that the next generation of Nampons will be available soon.

The new Nampons™ that we are producing are half as thick, meaning we can finally offer them in a sterile, easy to open foil package. Many of you complained that opening the old blister pack was difficult, especially with one hand. We took that to heart and worked to create a smaller, easier foil pack that you can just rip open to use.

In addition to being thinner, they actually expand twice as fast as before when in contact with blood, are smoother and more comfortable, absorb 100x as much blood as tissues and have twice as much active hemostat in them as the old ones. We've actually developed machines (we call it the N.E.A.T machine - Nasal Expansion And Timing Device) to test how quickly and how much pressure the Nampon™ will place on the wound and it's amazing how effective these are. We can't wait to get them to you.

Anyway, this is a long email but so many of you are asking "when can I get these, what is going on!?" so I wanted to take the time to be direct and open and let you know we're almost there.
