The next Grace & Passion Women’s Healing Retreat will take place October 9–12, 2026 in the Poconos, PA.
This 4-day, 3-night retreat will welcome up to 11 women into a warm, trauma-informed space created for rest, healing, play, embodiment, and authentic connection. Together, we will slow down, reconnect with our bodies and inner wisdom, find a sense of calm and steadiness, and practice taking up space, held by the softness of sisterhood and the permission to authentically be.
Your retreat experience will include comfortable shared accommodations, nourishing meals, guided healing experiences, embodiment and nervous-system practices, creative activities, movement, opportunities for joy and play, and spacious time to rest and connect with nature. A small team of carefully selected practitioners will share complementary healing offerings throughout the weekend.
Retreat pricing is ranges between $800–$1,350 based on accommodation type, including shared vs. single king or queen rooms, shared-bed options, and lower-cost bunk accommodations. Flexible payment plans are available, and guests do not need to be paid in full to attend.
