The Black Historian Initiative

The Black Historian Initiative creates culturally rooted spaces where Black voices are heard, history is honored, and truth is told. We fund original research, content creation, and curriculum development while working alongside students, educators, scholars, and researchers of African American studies to develop bold, accurate, and relevant Black history curriculum - often not taught in traditional schools. Our work supports homeschooling families, classroom educators, community programs, and lifelong learners.
